フィルップ　メルカ氏が、マイケル・ウイテングス氏、ティム・マーティン氏と設立した新しいワイナリー（設立は2007年）がトゥスク・エステートです。 年産わずか150ケース、ブドウは数々のカルトワインに使われているオークヴィル、プリチャードヒルのブドウが主体に使われています。（コルギン、コンティニュアムなども同じプリチャードヒル） 人気ワイン・メーカー、メルカ氏の醸造という事で市場でも見かけない大変珍しいワインです。
